Crucell celebrates 10th anniversary of Inflexal® V

Crucell marked the 10th anniversary of Inflexal® V, its virosome-adjuvanted influenza vaccine. For this reason a two-day symposium has been lined up in Bern, Switzerland on Thursday 26th of April as part of the commemorations.

During the symposium on Inflexal^® V, each speaker will reflect on two perspectives:

• 10 years back: Where we are coming from in the field of Influenza, having full knowledge of who should be vaccinated, understanding the technologies as well as the development and utilization of flu-based vaccines?

• 10 years ahead: Where are we going to in the context of pandemic preparedness, understanding related changes and how Influenza is perceived worldwide? How will the field of Influenza look like in 2017?

One of the key speakers at the symposium includes Crucell’s Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Jaap Goudsmit.
